i never ever give my babies nutes till they are at least 3 weeks old. never before the 6th set of fan leafs.
after the 6th set of fan leafs i upsize the pots from 1.5 gal to 5 at least, and at week 6 i start giving them fox farm grow big at 1/3rd strength. every other water.
i always allways feed them superthrive from the day they pop the seed shells. superthrive has a rooting hormone and all sorts of good shit in it to give the plant a boost to start developing nice roots at birth, so to say.....
superthrive is the bomb shit and i dont care what anyone says, if you grow 2 plants side by side and give one superthrive theres a huge difference. i did it and i saw a 1 oz difference on the plant i didnt use it........thats 1 oz less, on the same strain grown in the same spot with all the same shit except the superthrive....good luck bro---let us know how it goes.

by the way what did you germinate in if ya dont mind me askin?
