Yep it looks like high amounts of salt are building up from a PH imbalance.

in soil. where would the PH have to be for it to be that messed up?

You may be giving her too much nute called nute burn.
looks like nute burn to me, ph would typically cause a lockout and lead to a deficiency, unless it's really off in which case it could be the culprit. I'd check PH, and at the same time reduce nute load and taper back up over time (stick near the manufacturers directions on how much to build up too). Also I'd flush the soil as well. Without seeing the whole plant that's about what advice is going to amount to.
