what do you think about the "plant lights"?

i am using 4 foot fluor's from home depot that said "plant lights"on the box...are these any good? if so cool if not what type of fluors do ineed to get?

yea those should do the trick. you might wanna get some cfl's to hang around the sides or something.

so is this something i need to do right away durring veg or wait untill bloom?
