Parameters are all good.

PH 6.0
Temp 78
Water temp 68-72
PPM 1080

Newer leaves seem to be closing???

Im running a Gavita 1000, I cant go higher so I'm thinking light or heat stress but I'm clueless maybe tying down what I can?

I have a grow journal but it doesn't get a lot of attention or not enough:???:

Thoughts??? Thanks a lot

I know its here, not hear lol Don't know how to change.

That's the room temps, light is closer to plants than I'd like. My meter says 1080 been steadily increasing I'm in 4th week of flower. I can easily dump rain water on roots to clean and bring ppms down

Thanks for response. I'm switching run times to pm tomor.

Listen to Makka. It's way too hot and the plant shows it. Back the light off and get a whole lot of air moving.

thanks guys. Is it possible to safely work on room during lights out? My plan is to add 2-3 gallons of rain water to each pot and tie down plants best as possible may just wait till 7 pm tomor to be safe

you can use green lights, they don't appear to "wake up" the plants. lots of green flashlights and headlamps available, search amazon

Thanks, I'm using RO mostly. Lots of rain water lately though. I guess I creeped up a little fast

Ok. Im officially cooking at night, 7 pm to 7 am.

ppm 850
ph 5.9
water 68-72
room will be 78 ish with airflow under and over plants.

I realize my light is to close I just don't know that I can do anything about it at this point, I though about turning down as it's adjustable from 600-1150 I'm not sure that's a solid idea or not????

I tied down the best I could but I'm struggling seems the stretch towards light has stopped so hopefully now comes the fatness.

Thoughts? And super thanks for all the advice.

get the right wattage bulb if you turn it down, they design the bulbs to be the right spectrum at the right voltage, it'll be off a good bit at 1/3 or 1/2 power.
not sure if you have any room from side to side, if you do you can do some lst, tie the tallest branches over, and leave them there for a week or so, they'll stay that way once they start to grow branches oriented that way

upper leaf canoeing and twisting, lights too close, too hot of a grow , not enough air movement

Yes sir, I've tied the tallest branches down quite a bit. I'm headed outta town for 10 days so I hope to have something nice to update then.

So if I went to say 800, I'd need a new bulb for the Gavita?

Got back in town to find these. Thoughts????

So will the plants recover from the ram horns and canoeing?

I'm replacing the Gavita with some new to me Osram Svlania that way I can limit the heat at bit and see if I can salvage this grow.

Thanks for comments and help
