i know that i have no ventilation but im just wondering wat i should do to improve my growth. i was lighting for 24 hours, i have 2x 23 watt cfls then another 2x 26 watt sunlight cfls. the plants were approxamitly 3-4 inches away from the light. its a rubbermade setup and i lined the inside with aluminum foil. Also i watered about once a day. these were just some bag seeds that i planted to practice for the dro seeds. Any imput would help.

1. rip down the foil. put up flat white paper instead.
2. put a fan in there and cut a hole behind it ($10 oscillating fan at walmart)
3. plants need to be closer to light but a couple books under them until they start to grow.
4. DONT WATER EVERYDAY (let it dry out almost completely then water with gusto, my plants go 3-4 days with no water)
5. make sure no light gets through the sides on your pots, it hurts root growth.

What he said.

let the soil dry out completely before watering it again. You built a giant hotbox, the temps must have been over 100!
