What deficiency is this?

I tried to diagnose it on my own, but I couldn't quite determine what it is. It appears similar to potassium or magnesium deficiency in late stages but it doesn't have the yellowing the chart shows.

Almost looks like pm starting in places as well as the bug problem. I could be wrong though

The white is fungicide.
