It could be a calmag issue, and/or a PK issue. What are you feeding (brand and NPK ratios) and how often, and what are you growing in? Problem is that with many leaf problems deficiencies and toxicity look similar. IMHO, many of what people believe are deficiencies are actually toxicities or lockout issues.
