What Could Possibly Be The Problem

Overwatered to death. Sorry. You can tell by the brown oxidized perlite. It should stay white mostly.

Here are 2 about a month old plants from seed in ocean forest under t-5 fluorescent for comparison.

The seedlings in cups get watered gently to runoff about 1 time per week. Maybe 3-5 days for the 1 gallons. Dry cycle in potting soil is very important. Let’s roots branch out looking for moisture and food for a strong full root ball.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the replies everybody!

I had just watered before I took the pics.
I've added no nutes to the soil. The soil they are in is the same soil I received the seedlings in. I think it was used before?
I did do a soil test this afternoon using the RapiTest kit. If it's accurate the test showed adequate P & K, but showed the Nitrogen as depleted.

I just re potted all of them in Miracle Gro potting soil and watered with 6.5 PH water

The seedlings are in a 32x32x64 tent
MarsHydro 600w led hung 24" above plants
18-6 light cycle
Temp between 65 and 75
Humidity at 55%

Hate to tell ya but they won't make it if you transplanted into MG. It looks as if the soil is way to hot nutrient wise. Miracle grow is a bad choice for cannabis, just so ya know. :blsmoke:

My test showed the Nitrogen as depleted., so how can it be too hot?

Do you drink coffee, but not the dissolvable kind? The old fashioned stuff that you need a filter for ground up beans...work that into the top of your soil and it'll help with N as well as give you a neutral pH. Its cheap and there are double bonuses you get to drink coffee and your tree's get what they need.

I have never heard of that test, but it sounds like you got ripped off. If you are determined to save them or grow any good bud for that matter ditch some witch test kit and the MG... Get a good soil for cannabis, fox farm happy frog is a great soil to start with. But research and gained credibal knowledge is really the key to starting out. JMO :peace:

Since it's already in the Miracle Grow unless you're going to try to wash that dirt off and put it in other dirt make sure you don't feed it for a while, keep an eye on it & post pictures if you have any questions

Miracle Gro products in general not recommended although some people use, I used it in the 80's before there was a million products like there are today (but frankly even back then I quickly switched to Peters) so it can be done, just don't add any food for a while!
-best wishes!

* by the way if you're in fresh Miracle Grow soil I seriously doubt your nitrogen is depleted ?
