what could be the matter

i have a problem my 3 week old plant is lookin sad the leave on the top are light green and yellow and the teeth are a brown blue but all the leave that are not in the light are a nice green it looks like zinc poisoning with some nitorgen defis i use blue montain organics and superthrive , i used a little of the SPT in the second week with a little superthrive and i top dressed it with worm castings, its under one 27 watt cfl 6500k its a fem the church i will have a pic up tonight What do you think it could be??

anyone the under growth looks great but the leaves in the light are dying
