What condition promote females

Is there a best temp/humid/nutes or condition that would best promote feminizing plants from bag seed , or is it strictly genetics that determine the sex?

mmmm, but if you stress it it can be both. So it's obviously not ALL genetics, if the females have the genes hidden somewhere to grow balls
