What color temperature COBs for autos

I know plants like blue light for veg and red light for flower, but what color temp light for autos?

Exactly the same as photo's. Blue/Veg 5k Red/Flower 2700-3500k. If you want a good full cycle, mix the 2 with multiple cobs. My cob tent is 9 cxb3590's, 5 3000k and 4 5000k.

3500K is a good all around temp, good balance without too much stretching

I like 3k 90cri if available. Cxm22 are good.

That aint no lie, Ive had two grows under these cobs and both times the plants were short and stocky. Not sure if i got lucky or that is how it grows with cobs.

Very second post is why you're plants stay that way. While 3500k is very good for the veg and flower, it's much closer in red than blue light. Like vegging with flower lights which keeps nodes tight together and reduces lots of stretch(still sttetches after flower starts though).
