What cfls bulbs?

If i went to lowes what type of cfls would i be looking for???And do they need to be the red or blue or both?

I use the ones that are equivalent to 150watts and i grow bushes with them. My opinion cfls are the best light for vegging

for vegging get the highest wattage but make sure its 5500 kelvin or higher. you want 2700 kelvin for flowering.

i use a 250w metal halide for vegging - i used cfl's before - i think end result the same tbh - but plants under the halide light deffo grew quicker
just a thought ..............
