What causes this speckling in the leaves?

Very light yellow speckling, it is more prominent on my Orange Bud.

Any help would be great.

Look on the underside of the leaves and I'm willing to bet you'll find some tiny little spider/crab-looking mites. Safer makes a spray calles "End All". It worked perfectly for me.
 
Second for spidermites and using Endall. Hard to see. At the very least, spray with insecticidal soap as a precaution. Check humidity (Low).
 
On the second pic it looks like it may be early signs of a mg deficiency. Our local water supply here is lacking so I always have to add it myself. I ues CaMg+ from General Organics. The leaves edges curling tell me it's a little hot in there too.
