What causes pistils to shirnk over night

it could be natural. it means you're getting closer to harvest. some plants will do this and then shoot out new white pistils multiple times. i've also seen people say it can happen when a plant gets pollinated or when something chemically or mechanically kills the pistils like a spray or something.

idk what causes it

Im thinking the prolonged cold and late flower just rushed the whole through processe seems like they are finishing up to early ..or maybe im just over thinking it all haha

Even when pistils wither you have time. Use a scope to check trichs.
