What caused this?

It's like a big chunk of knotted plant and little buds, much shorter than the other plants her age. like stunted growth and stunted flower yet mutated kind of

much shorter than the others, it's very ratty looking with very long fan leaves. it's also consuming much less food. is this just a fluke, just something that happens here or there. I've had a few odditiees like this happen, i'd say 1 in every 100 plants maybe, just some wierd shit happens
 
Basicly, yeah. You don't seem to mention what medium you're using but with soils, you want to have a method of testing the pH of the soil itself in addition to a way to set liquid pH. The pH of what you water with can change after mixing with the soil.

Btw this is just one possible theory. There are actually a few strains that naturally exhibit vine-like growth.
 
It's just a fucked up plant. a mutant. i have one and it's cool to watch what it's doing. It will still produce so i would'd get rid of it. I don't think it's anything yor are doing.
 
this is purple urple and space queen. using fox farm ocean forest. setting ph to 5.5 to 6.0. don't have anything to test soil ph, but i'll get it. just got a waterproof ph meter for aqueous solutions.
