This plant has been fed and watered normally, I know I need to transplant it, I also have sprayed it with CS, so maybe that's what it is? Haven't noticed any pests and none of the other planties are experiencing this. Any thoughts?
You sprayed with collodial silver? That can cause leaf damage. The top picture looks like physical damage from something coming in contact with the leaf. Or something munching on it. See any grasshoppers?

No one can tell anything without pics of the whole plant. And all the info. Watering frequency amount and how done. How much and how often fertilized. What medium. Environmental conditions. Etc.
And how much of the plant did you spray with colloidal silver and how many times?
Then you might get helpful answers. Any answers from the above post are just guesses.

Of course I'm guessing. But it does look like physical damage on the first picture just from the torn tip on the leaf. Fight with a fan blade but that's just a guess.

CS can cause this type of damage. I have made Fem pollen for years.
Have even seen worst damage than what you are showing.
I make my own CS and I can tell you I don't make it to Lab standards. So, got some impurities in it for sure.
But, it works 100% of the time.
Spray mist the whole plant 2X a day is all you need. Till them balls start to appear in flower.
