I am new to growing I have 4500 to spend to start out... I have a 10'by12' room and I bloom box for the mothers in the bathroom so what can I do to start my 10'by12' set up?????
What can i do for my first set up in a 10'by12'..4500 limit

You have a lot of research to do, especially if starting out so large. If you don't do your due diligence now, you'll end up throwing money and time down the toilet. Honestly.

Okay thank u.. yes I agree that's why I'm trying to get as much knowledge and help as I can before durning and after I. Always wanting to learn and strive to do better than before
Start at the link I provided you with. You'll learn a whole lot, and probably delve into things that'll have you expand your research outside of that site.
After a ton of research, you'll have a better understanding of things, and will be able to ask logical, specific questions.

I would section the space into 3 areas. Flower around 8x 8 with two lights Nd hoods ( lots of choices for your biggest expense) do you have 240v in the space? Also will want a few separate 120/20a circuits for 3-4 plugs in each room.
veg room around 6x8-10’ all doors need to be tight seal no light leaks. Another light, (can go a little more economic here) with t-5’s or cheap LED.
Clone and seed room 6x6’ . Light t-5 or LED lights. room for rapid cloner on bench, seed trays. Heat mat trimmers, nutes, pots, solo cups 2 gallon, 5 gallon.
water tanks if you don’t have water close. ( you want your tap water to rest a few days, I use 2 food grade 55G pickle drums)
that will get you started, should be good on budget if your frugal. there’s a few questions you wanna ask yourself.
what am I growing for? (Personal, medical, commercial)
how many plants do I want to grow,
( a normal cycle for Sativa crosses are 16 weeks from seed to weed and another couple to cure it . We don’t dry it unless you want the 16 weeks of labor lights and nutes to be in vain for some cut grass harsh tasting garf).
can I afford a monthly bump in my water and electric bill? ( depends on what lights you use)
am I Legal?
will my neighbors be offended by the smell of deisel file, cat piss and dead skunks?
do I want a second job?

Honestly, start with a 3X3 tent. Send me a PM and I'll give you a good shopping list to get you started. Grow 2-3 plants in that...gain a lot of knowledge...and then you can upgrade to a bigger tent after you get a feel for what you want to do. You can use the 3X3 for drying down the line, so it won't be a waste of money at all.
