What can I buy legally in Canada

I will be going to Ontario (Windsor & Toronto) for a few days. What can I legally buy there? Seeds? Oz's?

I live in toronto, there are a few good seed shops in the downtown area aswell as some cool cannabis culture shops.

As for buying it is not difficult if you know people, but it remains illegal so it's not as if you can just stroll in and buy ounces of the stuff.

I would check out a spot called Kindred Cafe, really awesome cannabis friendly cafe on Yonge street. Also a cool vaporizer spot in an area of town known as Kensington Market. Enjoy your time here.
