what brand soil?

can someone recommend a good brand name soil?

i've used miracle grow moisture control with minimal success. the last batch i tried to mix something based on shitty advice.

so does anyone have a trustworthy brand i can ask for? something from walmart, home depot or lowes would be even better. if not, there's garden centers that should have most anything.

walmart really only has MG expert and suthin else but i cant remember.
Try a nursery or hydro shop.
I havent seen good soil at lowes either

Go for a "promix". You can get it any garden store. It is a neutral mix containing perlite, vermiculite, peat moss etc., you need to add you own nutes.

Or if u cant find any of those u can always go with Black Gold.

Either FFOF w/ additional perlite or I've used Black Gold many times...good stuff.I mix in w/ my Black Gold: Earthworm castings, perlite, and LillyMiller's SuperSweet (or Soil Sweet), this balances the ph cuz of the dolomite lime. I hope this helps.
