Alright, I know the title of my post can be very misleading....and no i wasn't planning on using baking soda (Arm & Hammer brand) as some for of nutrient for the soil...why I ask this is before I set up my grow room (3 x 3 closet space)....I was just wondering if I could use that to remove the odor from my room as well as using fans, venting system, etc???....I really have no other alternative for right now....with the supplies I ordered, I just need a temporary quick fix that is cheap and effective for right now.....

What's your thoughts on this???

the soda as alternative/additional CO2 source, right? expansive to worthless idea. you may try sugar 'n' yeast method but i still doubt that one too. it takes a lot gas to raise CO2 concentration in a room, even with such a small one.

Green I think you missed it, I realize that can use dry yeast and sugar to create Co2, but my post was asking wether or not I could use baking soda as a cheap alternative (placing a box or 2 of it into my grow room) for removing odor from the air.......(.....as well as using venting, fans, etc.)

Whatever your using, pass it over here  :blsmoke: ,
