what are these white bugs in my grow room

OK so just recently i started noticing lil white bugs flying around in my grow room and there doubling everyday. Im not sure what they are but there realy small and their white.... they probly came through my inline fan that blows the cold air from outside into my grow room.... any idea what they are and how to get rid of them... I realy dont think there damaging my plants so far i dunoo but there enoying... heeeelp

You have white fly's. They can mess up your crop if left alone. Personally black flys/gnats have always been 10x worse for me, if you get those you're mostly screwed. The most effective way to kill them is to get predator wasps(i think that's what they are called). They lay their eggs in the white flys and kill them. Of course they aren't exactly the easiest thing to get. Getting some sort of insecticide obviously is the most convenient idea. Dont let them linger too long or they might get out of hand.
