What are these spots.

I hope someone can help me. I cant ever see any bugs, even under magnification, but one of my plants has these spots ???? I cant seem to find a photo of enything very similar but when looking up pests but it sort of sounds like spider mites ??

the problem has gotten a fare bit worse there is some on nearly every leaf ??
the plant is growing in 100% manure ( cow and lamma shit 4 years old though )
I water every tree days when there is no rain or i check if its really dry.

any mites will be on the underside of the leaves, try having another look.

Just wondering if your doing any Foliar feeding?

Are those spots on the leaves raised like bug poops or eggs or is it burnt leaf spots? I can't tell from the pic.
