What are the best T5 bulds

just got some T5's what are the best bulbs for veg and flowering??

My fixture holds 4 and I run 2 3000K and 2 6500K start to finish.

3000k is good for flower, that nice reddish light. The blueish light, more around 6500k is great for veg. Do a mix of the two lights for all around growth

how about a 2ft 2 tube T5 its blueish but not sure what k it is and 2 150 CFL's??
