What are the advantages of low stress tranning?
been thinking of giving it a go but wanted a bit of advice before i do

Smaller plants within a tight space, with more growth sites "nodes" exposed to maximum lumens "light" makes more buds, be it smaller

will i get a bigger yeild than i would do without low stress tranning it?

Lolz, well here since I'm lazy my supercropped/Lst'd plant. U can c the bend where I bent the main stem and tied down the outer branches.

looks sweet man, i might follow ur method lol
when should you low stress your plant? my clones are jus over 3 weeks and i already toped them a week ago should i low stress now or wait a while??

LOOK UP MAIN lining thread, thats the best way
