What are bud sites exactly?

I'm hearing a lot about making possible bud sites but can't quite get the just of exactly how you know where and how to create bud sites pls any1 explain I've read a lot about a lot but sum times sum1 can brk it down simpler cheers!!!

Bud sites are the ends of shoots which have the potential to become flower heads (colas). It refers to the number of branched stems which have this potential (ie, topping for 2,4,8 etc). Or to use a ScrOG to spread growth laterally, increasing vertical shoot growth - terminal shoots which will become flower given the right conditions

Is scrog going just using a net? The lst technique looks pretty simple just tie branches fdwn to create the smaller branches to grow towards light seems pretty strait forward but evry1 recommends fimming aswel

Just grow it natural. ..u don't have to do anything if it's your first time just worry about keeping it alive.
