What Am I Doing Wrong. Pics Included!

Okay it has been 6 weeks and 2 days of flowering, and I was just wondering why my plant has small buds compared to other people.
My fan leaves are also turning yellow, just wondering if it's common and can I just pluck them off.

I started out with cfl during veg, then I bought a 400w hps light for flowering.

Keep it simple, what was the ph of your water? Had your pots good drainage? Where did the seeds come from,? Was the air flow in and out ok? What size of pots had u....fresh bulb?

well the pot is 2.65 gallon, i have good air flow,the seed is unknown, I'm using the same bulb that came from the package.
I only had the light for like a month or two

ive had plants like that before , just give it another 2 or 3 weeks flower and keep feeding it nutes until 5 days before you chop flush it with water for last 5 days and it should of packed on abit more size , it probably wont be a massive yeilder but it is just genetics , try with a named seed next time, green house seeds n nirvana are prob best for new growers

Those look hot to me bro,Id give them a good f.lush,most of the time when buds slow down late in flower they are pollinated or nute locked from useing to much fertilizer.Your plant just looks un healthy to me.Make sure your shit is ph balanced also

Deff feeding it too much.... Let the soil dry out then give your plants 9 gallons of water threw each since your using 2.65 gal pots.... This is called a flush... Let them re-dry then start feeding on a much lighter schedule then adjust from there... also check your ph.
