What am I doing wrong here?

I am doing my first ever indoor grow consisting of 2 autos under 400w HPS HID's. I have given them a couple different nute solutions but have stopped for now due to the yellow spotting on the leaves. I'm attaching a couple current pics from 6/8/16.

You should give more details. What nutes? Did you ph? What medium is that?

I'm using Nitrozime 0-4-4 organic nutes, I haven't checked pH only BC I don't have anything to check it with yet. And the medium is just plain soil and perlite. I water with tap water that's been left out for 24 hours.
