Anyone know what these spots are?

I'm in a 5 gallon dwc using MicroGro as my only nutrient right now.

Need more info on grow, more the better.
Its a deficiency of nutrients.
What kind of Water are you using?

Tap water. It's pretty good, PPM out the tap is about 100. MicroGro nutrients, blurple LED light from Amazon. 5 Gallon DWC bucket, using an airstone. Temp and humidity monitored.

What is your ppm of nutes when mixed?
What brand of micro gro? Just the one bottle? Npk?

Maybe calcium magnesium deficiency? Pretty clean sounding H20

Took the nutes to 500ppm (in addition to the base tap water ppm). The plant is 3 weeks old. Just using the Micro Gro (nothing else)... Will switch to Micro Bloom once it starts to flower.

Is nutrients part of a three bottle set?
Micro
Grow
Bloom
What are NPK values of the one your using?
Eg. My GH Grow is 2-1-6.

Sorry!! Don't know why I was saying Micro Gro. I meant Maxi Gro by GH. I am using Maxi Gro. 10-5-14 are the values.
