what age do i start feeding my plant

Can anyone please tell me at what age should i start feeding my plant, and how much i should use. if anyone can help me out it would be great thanks.

i start feeding at about a week and a half after they break the surface with 1/8 strength nutes for 4 days, the on to 1/4 for about a week. u need to learn to read your plants. i use canna coco by the way

i'm not that tecnical about any growing i'm just going to use average stuff and nurture it as it grows and hope for the best! i believe alot of things said about how and what to give a plant is just confussing and over rated! But i will find out the hard way i guess!
