What a way to start the day...

Hi guys. Ill start this off by saying please dont post anything negative. trust me i've spent the morning yelling and calling myself names. And after about 2 hours of that i realize its not going to help.

heres the skinny. I cut my ONLY lady down and hung her to dry. I was trying to keep the room about 65% humidity for a slow dry before i jar em. welllll my stupid ass forgot to turn the humidifier off before i crashed on the couch to a boring ass preseason football game. I woke up this morning and the closest was so wet! my buds are drenched.

is it ruined? it hasn't molded or anything (yet) but ive been trying to get the RH down to 55% about standard for my basement. Are there any suggestion besides not fucking up again that you all can tell me? what will get the exterior water off the bud without drying the inside too much to ruin the cure?

If i make it through the dry and get to the jars do i need to worry about the quality of smoke tasting like grass? any tips or suggestions would be appreciated and trust me this will never happen again.

Sorry about your mishap.

If it was me I would try to proceed like normal and hope it dried out before mold sets in.

If mold does set in you could try water curing your bud. It's not as good as a proper cure but still better than not having bud at all.

Your potency will not be affected by getting too wet. THC is not water soluble.
