2c-i is more for a new commer.. 2c-e is very intense.

Im not an experienced tripper at all. Done salvia a few times and like 1.7 gs of shrooms but i did 2c-i and it was almost not enough. It was great at a medium dose but it got a little crazy at higher doses. So for an in-experienced tripper, id say 2c-i. I wish i had experience with 2c-e but im scared it will be to intense for me.

I hear more people having HPPD issues with 2c-i than 2c-e..

Should be taking a 2c-c ride very soon... seems the most relax and clean of all 2cx's... and consider to be the closest to the structure of mescaline!

I never realized how close 2c-c and mescaline are.. instead of having another Methoxy group at the 3rd carbon (like Mescaline) it has a Chloro group. Neat

hey shepj, where'd you learn so much about all this? I wasn't fortunate enough to give a damn about learning while I was in school, so I missed classes like chem and biology (which I would LOVE to take now but it's not really something I need for my software engineering degree haha)

I constantly read! If you really want to learn, go pick up a textbook or start reading articles online.. I'll show you the 2c-c & Mescaline thing.

Briefing:
For all of the 2C-x substances (some are in PiHKAL some are not), the basic chemical name is as follows:
2,5-dimethoxy-4-_____phenethylamine (the ____ is according to the substance mentioned).

How old are you? If you have taken a chem class and have even a basic understanding you could run over to a book store and pickup something like "Organic Chem for Dummies", the books aren't half bad. If you know of anywhere near you that throws away old textbooks that is also not a bad way to go (the books will be a couple years outdated but who gives a shit).

Well I'm 24, but by pointless I meant it really won't do me any good in my professional life because It's a little too late for me to switch majors. I've got a 1 month old son, so my days of switching majors and not making any money are over.
I have never had the opportunity to take a chem class. I spent all my science credits in high school on biology and things of that nature. I'll see if I can find a pdf high school chem textbook. I don't really wanna create any drug synthesis' or anything like that, just want to understand things better as I read them. Knowledge is power.

It may not do you any good in your professional life, but there is no need to ever stop learning. We can always learn more, and by not setting a limit to what we can learn and what we do learn, you are always improving our life (whether professional or not does not necessarily matter).
There are tons of sites where you can download EBooks for free online (torrent, warez, etc.), also, here is something to help your quest a lot.
