Goodbye 150W HPS & Apollo UFO LED

Hello L450 Kind LED Beauty

Too much Stevie Nicks (Thin and whispy) and not enough Brittany Howard (Alabama Shakes). Time to get these ladies rocking and adding some weight!

It feels like Christmas, I have a nice gift and my credit card hates me. #HoHoForLoweed

Anyone interested in LED's should look into the LED threads on this forum, they are some of the best around.

You can build an absolutely killer light with no soldering comparable to a 600watt hps for about 400-500 CAD

Ok so I kinda lied. After hanging my new bad boy, I had some room, and my THC eyes felt the light could be bumped up. Seemed to be missing my corners, I got's some tall ladies (B93, Lemon Diesel & LA Confidential) that are about to bust out the top of mimage1.JPG image3.JPG y 5'11" gorilla. Lights are pinned to the roof, but the 150w HPS made it's way back in. I'll use the Apollo for Veg and hope the temps hold. After closing the tent I've gone from 75 to 76.5 degrees and holding steady. (Cool nite, the screen door is open cooling her down)

TLDR; It's moving on over, not moving on up. Added L450 Kind LED to the 150W Sunsystems HPS. Apollo to Veg!

Could upgrade your HPS too :)

If you're interested I could put up some pics.

your lights are pretty high above the canopy..
I agree, I'll be adjusting this week for sure. I had the Apollo UFO about 4 inches above one lady and she loved it. Need to work on my adjustable height.

In search of Goldielocks.....

If theres still room to the left of your HPS throw your UFO back in there too to try and even out the distribution of the 2 different types of light
