Weird...

creating a reasonable calorie deficiency while avoiding bad carbs and fatty food will cause one to lose weight. no genetic tampering required.

Well that's a gimme, and its really not that hard to follow, assuming one doesn't act like a pig...

A little self-control goes a long way, so does being able to afford to eat only once a day...

I still have no idea how any one that is poor can possibly afford enough food to become obese.

i often argue that poverty+laziness can be a major cause of obesity. shit for like $10 a day you can have a stomach bursting full of mcdonalds crap 24-7.

I wholeheartedly agree. Moderation and self-control. What was once considered excessive has now become the norm. We need a complete paradigm shift in this regard.

that combined with the whole "oh please give me a pill to do the work for me" mentallity. it pisses me off how stupid people are.
what always gets me is diet pills. i mean, WTF? people popping that shit may as well just snort coke. you're fucking your
heart up anyway and it has pretty much the same effect so why not enjoy it, fatty?

People should be running/jogging every other day too, it works wonders. Even for the slim folk like myself.

i think if people would stop being so vain and just focus on short-term goals like simply feeling healthy, the obesity problem would be halved in a matter of months.
