Weird sprout

This plant is about a week old and looks screwed up, I asked in my grow journal, but no one responded. I want to make sure that I should pull this one. It's not really growing, but it looks like it's alive. The others are ahead of it by a lot, it's just kind of sitting around doing nothing. It's like the leaves branched out and separated for some reason, none of the others did this.

The strain is northern lights grown in Fox Farms Ocean Forest.

it's reaching for the light, move it closer.

Well, the others don't look anything like this, they aren't reaching or stretching, and they're at the same distance to the light (4x4ft T5) The two leaves have sort of branched out, I think this might be why it's doing it.

Too much closer and I think I might burn them.

The other 2 plants I have are working on their second set of leaves and they're the same age, same soil, and same light distance.
