Weird spots on leaves

Though I read most information available I'd still like to get a "professional" diagnosis ;-)

It's a Northern Lights plant that has been outside for veg growth and has now been inside my growbox for flowering for 4 days.
Temp is fine, lights are CFL 2700K.
These spots appeared basically overnight.
I figured it -might- be a bug problem as I saw some of them crawling about when watering today so I sprayed 50/50 alcohol and water solution and will continue the next days.

Any opinions appreciated!

It looks like a fungi attack you shuld get some neem oil and use on plant and in your soil

What are leaf miners please, i'm new to growing and i have seen a simular thing on my plant. :blsmoke:

bugs! check the bottom of some of the bitten leaves to seehope fully what kind it is. some kinda caterpillar or similar bug is mi guess
