Weird Seed Problem!

I started germinating a seed about 36 hours ago, and it cracked, but only half of it. I have germinated seeds before, and they have always cracked all the way. This one only cracked open on one side, and the other side is still sealed, has anyone had this happen to them?

I've had it happen a few times, didn't grow funny or anything. I think it's just that some seeds fully crack slower than others.

Yea - I've had only side crack. And the plant started out just fine.
