Today is the beginning of the 2 week of veg. I'm using house & garden aqua flakes, 400 watt MH. Ph at 5.9, temps from 75f to 81f, rh from 45 to 54.

Looks like the nute ratios are off. I want to say a slit cal-mag def, while at the same time showing some nute burn

agreed. I would flush for 24 hrs with plain ph'ed water. and then start the nutes back at 1/4 the strength you were using.
