Weird Looking Flowers

These are my friends that have been flowering for 3 weeks and 3 days. The tops of the plants are flowering perfect with with hairs coming out everywere with good development. There are other buds forming that no white pistols are coming out and looks any that look like they do want to come out are dark red or brownish looking. I have heard this is a mold problem but dont know why half the plant is flowering fine but the other half is not at all. please give me some advice. This happened to one other plant but none of it flowered and no white hairs came out at all, just clusters of caylaxes with no hairs. so... 4 weeks into flowering i just thru it out. maybe these pics will help Pic 1 is the top that is fine, but the other pics are the problem. What is wrong? is this mold? srry camera is not good.

Yup sound like you have a hermie. Bummer. Cant see the pics for crap but sounds like it. You should investigate the cause so it doesn't happen again. Could be light leaks, stress, or just bad genetics. Good luck tho.
