Weird leaf problem during veg--total newbie here

So this plant is my first "wet run" at growing for self supply, so it's just bag sativa in a 5 gallon pot. I'm not 100% sure of the soil contents, but it's potting soil you can buy from anywhere.

From sprout to 2 days ago, I had grown this outdoors. Now that it's big enough to tell what it is, I've brought it inside the garage, where I have it in a dog crate covered in a sheet with a fan and a 100w lamp--look, I know this isn't the ideal setup, and I'm going to start building out a proper place this weekend, but I would prefer to not have this one die on me without knowing what the problem is, so I can avoid it in the future.

It's about 5 weeks into veg and it's had regular rain-water and tap water daily in small doses. I've not given it nutrients or messed with the soil. Although, since moving it into the garage, I've noticed the water in the soil does not evaporate very quickly, so I'm guessing, from the reading I've done and the pictures I've seen, this is a fungal infection of some sort. It's already claimed the two lowest leaves, and you can see in the pictures it's spreading. Not the whole-leaf yellowing you see in nute deficiency nor the droopy leaves and discoloration of over/under watering.

I thank you all in advance; I am very new to this, have been reading everything I can get my hands on, and I'm very excited to learn. IMG_0755.JPGIMG_0757.JPGIMG_0754.JPGIMG_0756.JPG

You're the man! Thank you so much. I was worried that maybe the humidity in the garage had the conditions right for a fungal growth. Time to find that thing. Finding a lot of good information on the web concerning treatment and prevention.
