i am not 100% sure about this but it could be the leaf turning towards the lights, is the plant in question slightly off to the side with a stem too thick to bend?

Just a fucked up leaf. About a week to 10 days to transplant the smaller ones, largest 2 could go quicker. I'd just do em all in about a week.

well i was hoping to get 3 ft tall when harvested .. and yes i have considered room for pot and lights etc ... so should i transplant into final container to continue veg until it reaches like 15-18" ?

Yeah, pic 1 does look slightly unconventional but nothing to worry about, often they start somewhat less than perfect but typically become normal is a week or so.

You have some nice looking plants, except for that one ugly mutant freak, you better hope it doesn't induce an ugly trait into your other healthy/normal plants

no because at 9-12 you would think its a perfect double to 2 feet..it's not an exact science..flowered at 6" gets me 2 footers..now you may ask why? i do some advanced technique to produce more bud in less space..if i let something go to 15"-18"..it would be like 5'-6'..i'm under 1400 hps though..not led's

EDIT: btw i looooooooove WW and everything she's crossed with..good luck with her!

below is either white widow or white siberian of mine - white widow x ak47..as you can see her bud is small and she's grows bushy and finishes on time.
