weird color on leaves

my plants are about 2 1/2 weks old and im concerned about two of them. the one looked fine last night and today i looked and it had white on the tips of the leaves. and the other one has been growing weird from the start the stem spirals out the dirt and it kinda droops
 
is the white bits on the leaves like powdery?? can u wipe it off? maybe mildew...either ur soil or ur feeding it, or something.??
If it is not powdery, I would say you might be dealing with insects of somesort.
