That is what I have been doing, but sometimes a little longer in the bag if it needs it. After that it goes into mason jars. My basement is cool (about 20-22C) with humidity below 50% and lights off most of the time.

Day 0 2 buds weight is 8.2 and 4.9 grams
Day 1 after 24 hours weight is 4.9 and 2.8
Day 2 after 48 hours weight is 2.8 and 1.6
Day 3 after 72 hours weight is 2.3 and 1.4
Day 4 after 96 hours weight is 2.2 and 1.3

Starting to slow down now of the weight loss. Buds are getting crisp edges, likely will put them in a mason jar tomorrow.

I always find the ratio for me is around 25-30% dry weight from fresh bud.

I been doing what ole Ed Rosenthal suggested to me years and years ago. I got a dedicated drying room with a small a.c. and a dehuey. Perfect conditions when the appliances are set for 70 degrees temperature and 50 % relative humidity. No matter what conditions are outside. Within 7 maybe 10 days just about any sized flower is ready for trim and curing. Smaller buds that have been wet fresh trimmed on the drying racks are done in 6 days exactly everytime. Sometimes i do a wet trim for impatient patients but most of it is dry trimmed for the better product. Keeping the perfect 70 degrees and 50% rh consistently and not wavering but a couple points +/- is key for me and drying. Its a pretty reliable setup..my drying and curing room.

I have a similar setup. I put one of my shop cabinets in the upstairs room where my flower closet is.
It maintains a solid 70 degrees and 50-55% humidity. After 5-7 days they are crisp and ready for mason jars.
I have also used paper bags and get good results there are well.
Today's weight are 2.1 and 1.2. They are getting crisper but I am going to wait one more day, then in jars.
