I was once told that to get big you have to eat big, eat as much as you can, try to eat about six small meals a day or large meals if you have a really high metabolism. Eat a good meal before you go to sleep. Get some weight gainer take those in between meals, make sandwitches to take with you to work or school, yogurts are real good and portable, fruit is easy to take with you ect. it will be difficult to eat all that food at first but you will be amazed how much your stomach can stretch, give a week or two and you will be able to eat more food and you will be noticeble hungier multiple times a day. I try to eat healthy meals but I know people who just eat everything they can there hands onto and don't get fat, I'm guessing you could eat alot of cheesburger and such and not get fat so the heahtly eating part is not as important as people who can gain weight very fast. your diet is just as important as working out, your not going to gain much weight unless you up your calorie intake. eat eat eat even if it is just an apple or ham samich as much as you can and work out with weights and don't run
