Week old baby not growing or losing seed

Okay so I have a week old plant the has the seed shell on it still and it's about an inch above the ground and been like this for a few days. I did transplant it from hydro to soil.

gently remove the seed shell so it can open up. sometimes they have a hard time dropping the shell and need a little help.

Just remove the seed, she'll be alright.
