Week 8 Flowering - Ready to Harvest?

Hey all. Today my girl is 8 weeks into flowering and 85 days from seed. This is my first grow so im not sure as to when it is at its best time to harvest.

what strain is she? she looks really tasty. from the pics, it looks like you have lots of white hairs left, what color are the trichomes?

bagseed, i was told it was a cross between white widow x zombie kush. I dont have a jewlers loupe i am just using a magnifying glass, only notice a couple changed trichs

without knowing the strain, it is hard to tell ahead of time when it will be ready. Just look for the amber trichs, when you start to see those, it is ready, but don't let them go to long. too many amber trichs r a bad thing, IMO. I am batteling a similar situation on my UK CHEESE. It is supposed to go 8 to 10 weeks. I am at 7 1/2 weeks, and watching the trichs turn from clear to milky. as soon as I see any amber, she gets cut.

Thanks for the input tre. Just got a jewlers loupe so im going to check closley to the trichs over the next couple of days
