Week 7.5 Flowering, No Buds

Hey everyone! I am new to this forum so I hope I am going about this the right way. I have a plant that is 7.5 into flowering (7.5 weeks from switching to 12/12). It is in DWC, 3.5 gal, using Hydroguard, FloraNova Bloom and Liquid Kool Bloom. Right now, she is about 40 inches tall and is (hopefully) done with the stretch. My problem is, she has no buds, not even typical budlets. The "budlets" she has are very small (think pebble) with some pistols in them and around them. She is a heavy eater and goes through about .75 gal per day and I try to keep her around 850 ppm and let her drift through proper ph range. This setup, nutes and motions have served me well over the years, but I cannot for the life of figure out what's up with her. I'm not an impatient person, but this is almost to the point of do I want to continue with her. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Much love!

Sounds like you just have bad genetics, it's not going to get better, I grow sog for this very reason, seed company/ breeders are few and far between that are good

Got any pics? That would be best way to get some helpful advice.
And are you positive you don't have a faulty timer or light leaks?

Nah, No light or timer issues. Her next door neighbor is doing fine as well, which makes this even more baffling to me. I do have pics and as soon as I can get them secured, I'll post them. To me, it appears as if she is in week 2-3 physically.

Yeah, that does seem strange if others are doing fine. I suppose it could be genetics. What strain is it?

Supposedly, Hindu Kush Auto. The description was enticing but I should have known better haha they always seem enticing. P/S I keep trying to upload pics but keep getting booted out and have to login again and again. She really looks healthy, vigorous and strong, just LAAAAAATE.
