I would remove them CLFs bulbs and let it stretch for the T5 (hope its HO ?) or place them bulbs along side the T5s

and you realy need more light .. specialy if you want to flower them

cant you atlest get one more of them T5s .. with 2700K bulbs in it ?

or get a nice littel 150W HPS flowering .. sumthings like this maybe



cost like 70$ online .. and can even run boath MH (for veg) and HPs for flowering ..
