Week 3 flower should I take more off?

So I did some defoliation the other day, mainly just the bottm 1/3 of the plant.
Today is the first day of week 3 flower.

Mainly I removed big fan leaves at bottom so they were not touching the soil.
Where I cut some of the big old ugly looking fan leaves, I left the "nodes" or shoots still intact just to be safe.

Should I leave it be or remove anything else?

Any more larger fan leaves at the top, or the smaller shoots/bud sites where I did remove fan leaves?
Or do they look good and should I leave them alone?

I also have a 2" 24w HO T5 6500k light with leg stands, should I add this into my tent and let it sit on the floor so the light is facing upwards towards my LED hanging from the top of my tent?
Maybe add a little extra light to underneath the plants.

I wouldn't remove anymore fans, especially from the top. The fans are like solar panels. Remove too many and your plants won't be able to absorb the amount of light they need. Your plants can triple in size during flower, so I'd just let them do their thing.

As far as placing lights below, I'm not sure it does much. But, you might end up introducing extra heat.
