Tabasco makes a chipotle hot sauce and its really good. Haven't tried it on liver cause I'm not that big a fan. I like to mix that chipotle hot sauce with mayo and use it on burgers and sandwiches.
A burger with bacon, avocado, habanero pepper jack cheese, and chipotle mayo!! Can't be fucked with.

WEED WEDNESDAY is yesterday. Now, it's 7:45 AM and I have to drive to NJ to meet and prepare for a weekend gig. Oh the glamorous life of a musician. And it's pouring down rain here too. Lovely. Although the Hawaiian's call the rain "the blessing." We are very "blessed" today.
