The picture you posted doesn't really have enough clarity to confirm spider mites.
If they are spider mites you can use neem oil or insecticidal soap to get rid of them.
They are numerous ways to prevent them from coming back, here are a couple.
Spider mites hate high humidity so you can try to raise the Rh in your grow area.
There are companion plants you can grow in the room with your cannabis such as coriander and basil, they both act as a great preventative measure for keeping a lot of common pest problems at bay.

Sounds like spider mites. You can get predatory insects like hypoaspis miles to control them. It's hard to see anything though in that pic.

I inspected all of my plants and saw these dots on only two of them....i removed them manually and sprayed all the plants with lemon juice and left them all night at high humidity and low temperatures...i will inspect my plants everyday for two weeks and see if they were really spider mites and if i sucsesfuly eliminated all of them if not i will be forced to buy products to fight them

I removed them manually and left them all night with high humidity and low temperatures and when i woke up i sprayed the plants with lemon juice mixed with water...i hope i can stop them in a peacefull way like that if not i will buy something from my local grow shop to kill them

I hope you are right cuz i really dont want spiders and bugs on my plants....but i was shocked when i saw them because the grow room is sterile and i spray bug preventing stuff every time i clean the room

I can vouch that it works well and cost effective compared to other methods. Only 40$ for a decent bottle. I've used mite rid and that works well too but it's 30$ for a very little bottle and for me it's just too expensive in the long run. I suggest using plant therapy from the youth stage because if you wait until you notice a problem it will likely be too late and then it will be more difficult to cure the problem than taking preventive measures ahead of time. Especially if you got mites in flower, forget about it theres no way to spray them out of the buds without damaging them, only do better on the next cycle through. So prevention is key
